Forgotten your OneHub password?

Locked out of OneHub? Your OneHub login is the same login as your Trade Me account, so you can reset it from the OneHub login page itself — it just runs you through the same reset process as a Trade Me password, because underneath it's one shared account.
⚠️ OFFICE PASSWORD! Important: tell your CRM/office team. If you change your office's shared login password, you must let your office team (CRM) know. If they're not updated with the new password, their system will keep trying to authenticate with the old one — which can cause sync failures across your listings.
Why does this reset my Trade Me password too?
OneHub doesn't have a separate password of its own — it authenticates using your Trade Me login. So resetting from OneHub's login page updates the same password you use to log into Trade Me directly, and vice versa.
How to reset your password
Go to the OneHub login page at onehub.co.nz.
Select 'Forgotten password?' — the link below the password field.
Enter your registered email address. Use the exact email linked to your Trade Me account, double-check for typos, then send the reset instructions.
Check your email. Look for the password reset email and click the secure link inside. (Check your Junk/Spam folder if you don't see it.)
Set your new password. Enter it, confirm it, then save.
After you've reset it
Log back into both OneHub and Trade Me with your new password — since it's one shared login, you don't need to reset it twice.
Don't forget: if this is an office login, let your CRM or office team know the password has changed, so their systems can be updated too.
Troubleshooting tip
If OneHub or Trade Me keeps rejecting your new password, your browser's saved password manager may still be auto-filling the old one. Clear your saved passwords/cache for both onehub.co.nz and trademe.co.nz before logging in again.
