How to Create a OneHub Agent Account

If you are a real estate agent looking to maximise your digital footprint and showcase your personal brand to New Zealand’s largest online property audience, setting up your Trade Me Property OneHub account is your absolute first step.
A OneHub Agent account allows you to build a professional online profile, download deep market/vendor insights, and easily claim your sold properties to build your public track record.
Here is exactly how to set up your account from start to finish.
Prerequisites Before You Start:
Before jumping into the setup process, ensure you have the following ready to go:
Personal Trade Me Account: Do not use a shared company account. Your OneHub profile should be linked to a personal Trade Me login that you will always own, regardless of which agency you work for. (Note: Your personal buying/selling history will remain completely hidden from the public profile).

Valid REAA Number: You must have a current Real Estate Agents Authority (REAA) license number to unlock agent-specific features.
The Step-by-Step Setup Process
Sign In or Create Your Trade Me Base Account:
Head over to Trade Me and ensure you are logged into your personal account. If you do not have one, register a new profile using your standard personal email and confirm your registration via the email verification link.

Navigate to OneHub and Select Account Type:
Go to www.onehub.co.nz and click on Get Started.
When prompted to choose your account type, select Agent Account.
(Note: Admin accounts are reserved for office assistants managing multiple agents).
Link Your REAA License and Office Details:
Enter your active REAA license number and your official agency office details.
Ensure that your name and office name exactly match the formatting used on your active property listings (including capitalisation). This guarantees your active listings automatically sync to your new profile.
Complete 'The Basics' Profile Content:
Fill out your public-facing details completely.
You must reach 100% completion on 'The Basics' before your profile can go live.
This includes:
uploading a professional headshot,
defining the geographic areas you service,
adding contact details,
and writing a career bio.
Activate Your Agent Profile:
Once your profile elements hit 100% completion, a pop-up window will ask you to Activate Profile.
Click Confirm. Your profile will instantly go live in the "Find an Agent" directory.
