It’s a rewards program designed exclusively for Residential for Sale real estate agents. You earn points automatically based on the types of listings and upgrades you use on Trade Me Property. As your points grow, you move up through our reward tiers.

No, participation is completely automatic! If you are a Residential for Sale agent listing properties on Trade Me, you are already earning points.

Yes. When the XP program starts, we look back at your last 12 months of listing history (covering our standard annual cycle from 1 July to 30 June) and apply those points to your account retrospectively.

Points are awarded as soon as your listing goes live. You earn points by booking listing packages and adding Audience Boosts to your marketing campaigns.

There are four levels to the program: Initiate, Foundation, Signature, and Elite.

Each tier unlocks a different set of benefits, ranging from early access to product updates to access to the Trade Me Wallet, premium event seating and exclusive experiences. See the program details for a full breakdown of benefits for each tier

• 1 July: Your active point counter resets to zero on your OneHub dashboard for the next annual XP cycle.
  

• Your Reward is Locked In: The total points you accumulated by 30 June determine your official status for the entire next 12 months (from 1 July to 30 June).
  

• The Goal: Even though your points reset to zero on 1 July, you keep your earned benefits for the year. You just need to keep listing to secure that status again for the following year.

Please get in touch with your Account Manager or Customer Service team to redeem your Trade Me Wallet benefits. We will be tracking redemptions in our systems.

No. While your tier status lasts for 12 months, any unused Trade Me Wallet items (like free Listing Lifts or Audience Boosts) will expire on 30 June. Make sure to chat with your Account Manager or our Customer Service team to redeem them before the cutoff.

Right away! Your rewards become fully active for the entire next 12-month cycle starting 1 July. Get in touch with your account manager or our customer support team.

Not immediately. You build points all year long to lock in your tier for the next cycle. Keep up the great work, maintain those points until 30 June, and your upgraded benefits will open up on 1 July of the following year.

Points follow the Primary Agent  attached to the listing. They belong to the individual agent rather than the agency or office. Points cannot be split between two agents.

You can track your progress in real-time on Onehub:

1. Log into your Onehub account.

2. Click on the XP Report in the left-hand menu.

3. Here, you can see your current tier, your points, and exactly how close you are to the next level.

Elite is our highest, invitation-only tier. It is personally selected by the Head of Industry at the end of June. To be considered for Elite status, you must meet the following criteria:

• Earn a minimum of 170+ XP Points during the current cycle (reaching the Signature tier first).

• Show active engagement with Trade Me Property events and interactions over the last 12 months.

• Note: A 5% preference weighting is given to agents who successfully held Elite status in the previous year.
