OneHub Marketing Reports

In real estate, data wins arguments. When a vendor asks why their property hasn’t received an offer yet, or wonders if it's time to adjust their pricing strategy, showing them raw numbers is infinitely more powerful than giving them an opinion.

Through Trade Me Property OneHub, agents have access to the Marketing Reports. This tool tracks real-time listing analytics—including Total Views (Search Views + Listing Views), Watchers, and Enquiries—breaking down exactly where your prospective buyers live.

Here is how to generate, download, and print these reports to secure smooth vendor management conversations.

What is Included in a Trade Me OneHub Marketing Report?

When managing real estate vendors, transparent communication is everything. The Trade Me Property OneHub Marketing Report is a highly visual, data-rich document designed to give your clients clear visibility into how their digital property campaign is tracking.

Rather than overwhelming sellers with confusing metrics, the report isolates a few key audience behaviours to show exactly how much traction a home is getting.

Here is a breakdown of the specific data columns, performance metrics, and geographic insights included in every report.

Data Category

Specific Metric Included

What It Shows Your Vendor

Traffic Exposure

Search Views (Impressions)

The number of times the listing card appeared on a buyer’s screen during a search. (Captured since February 2025).

Audience Engagement

Listing Views

The exact number of times a potential buyer clicked open the dedicated property page to read the full details.

True Digital Footprint

Total Views

The combined mathematical sum of Search Views and Listing Views, demonstrating total visibility.

High-Intent Interest

Total Watchers

How many Trade Me users have actively added the property to their public watchlist to monitor updates or price changes.

Direct Lead Capture

Total Enquiries

A combined calculation of direct email enquiries sent to the agent and "click/tap to call" phone number reveals.

Advanced Demographic Data Insights

Beyond the raw interaction counts, the OneHub Marketing Report extracts deep location intelligence based on Trade Me member activity.

  1. Geographic Viewer Split

The report features clean visual graphs showing exactly where the people viewing your property live. It breaks the data down by region and district (for example: showing that 30% of traffic is originating locally within Tauranga, while 70% is coming from outside the district).

This is an invaluable asset for justifying out-of-town print or digital advertising budgets to a client.

  1. Market Trend Context

The document places your property's performance against historical suburb demand trends.

This baseline helps vendors see if their listing is outperforming the current local average or if it is feeling the effects of a wider, slow market shift.

Note on Data Privacy: To comply with New Zealand privacy laws, all buyer location data is completely aggregated. The report displays percentage trends and broad geographic regions, ensuring no individual Trade Me member's personal identity or browsing history is visible.

The Step-by-Step Generation Guide

  1. Log In to OneHub:

Navigate to onehub.trademe.co.nz via your desktop or tablet browser. Sign in using your active personal Trade Me credentials.

  1. Open the Marketing Report Generator:

Locate the top navigation bar on your main agent dashboard and click directly on the Marketing Reports tab.

  1. Select the Listing:

Scroll through your live property inventory list and click on the specific property address you want to analyse. Use the date range filters to isolate either the entire campaign lifespan or just the metrics from the last 7 days.

  1. Review the Buyer Demographics Snapshot:

Before exporting, look at the visual graphs displaying the geographical split (e.g., "30% views inside Auckland, 70% outside Auckland").

This metric is incredibly useful for proving to vendors that your digital reach is drawing out-of-town buyers.

  1. Export and Print the Print-Ready PDF:

Click the Download PDF button in the upper right-hand corner of the page. Once the document saves to your computer, open it and select Print.

Trade Me automatically formats these PDFs to be highly visual, cleanly branded, and print-ready for listing presentations or vendor coffee meetings.

Pro-Tip for Listing Presentations: Don't just pull these reports when a campaign is struggling. Print a "Sample OneHub Report" from a successfully sold past listing to include in your pre-listing kits. Showing prospective clients the exact level of data transparency they will receive creates an immediate competitive advantage.
