OneHub: Missing Listings

Few things are more frustrating for a real estate agent than logging into your Trade Me Property OneHub dashboard and discovering that your listings are completely missing.

When listings don't appear on your profile, it rarely means they aren't on Trade Me. Instead, it is usually because your profile details do not match your listing data exactly. Trade Me uses automated algorithms to pair listings to agents, and even a tiny typo will break the link.

Before reaching out to support, work through this simple verification process to sync your data.

The OneHub Profile Verification Checklist

  1. Name Discrepancies:

Compare the name saved on your OneHub account with the name attached to your live property listings.

The two strings must be identical. Check for middle names, shortened nicknames (e.g., "Matt" vs "Matthew"), or hyphen errors. If they do not match, update your profile immediately.

  1. Verify Office and Branch Details:

Look at the agency name and physical branch location displayed on your live listing cards. Now check your OneHub office attachment.

If your profile is still linked to a previous branch or a sister office, your new listings will not feed through to your dashboard.

  1. Cross-Reference Your REA License Number:

Your Real Estate Authority (REA) number should be saved inside your OneHub agent profile details. Ensure the number is accurate and does not contain extra spaces or accidental characters.

  1. Confirm the CRM Feed Data Matches:

The REA number embedded in your office's automated listing data feed must perfectly mirror the number saved in your OneHub settings. If the numbers match on your screen but the issue persists, the mismatch is likely hiding inside your internal CRM setup.

How to Locate and Verify Your REA Number Inside Your CRM

If your OneHub profile is configured perfectly but your properties are still missing, the disconnect is happening at the source data level inside your office’s bulk-upload software.

Where to check: Your office’s internal CRM (such as Rex, Vault, Propertybase, or Palace) holds your agent credential payload within the system backend.

Because every agency uses a different CRM configuration, this data field is located in a different settings pane for each brand. Log in to your CRM, navigate to the Listing Agent Details or Staff Profile configuration panel, and verify that your REA field matches your profile.

If you cannot find this pane, ask your office administrator or IT support team to show you where your listing feed parameters are stored.
