How to Update Your Details on Trade Me OneHub

Your Trade Me Property OneHub profile is your digital storefront for New Zealand's largest online property audience. When you change your mobile number, move to a new agency branch, or refresh your professional headshot, updating your details immediately is vital.

Failing to keep this information current can break the automatic link that pulls your active property listings onto your public profile.

Here is a quick, step-by-step guide to updating your agent details inside OneHub.

What Details Can You Update?

Inside the profile dashboard, you have full control over:

  • Contact Info: Your professional mobile number and public-facing email address.

  • Brand Assets: Your bio text, servicing regions, and primary profile photo.

  • Agency & License Links: Your active office attachment and REAA license number validation.

The Step-by-Step Update Procedure

  1. Log In to the OneHub Platform:

Navigate to onehub.trademe.co.nz - Log in using your connected personal Trade Me credentials.

  1. Access the Agent Profile Builder:

Once inside the main dashboard menu, click on the Agent Profile tab.

  1. Modify Your Information:

Locate the section labelled The Basics.

Click inside the individual fields to update your phone number or change your contact email address.

(Tip: Your contact email here is where Trade Me will send potential buyer/vendor enquiries).

  1. Verify Office and REAA Connections:

If you have shifted to a new branch, clear out your old agency details and input your current office.

Double-check that your name formatting matches how your office uploads listings to Trade Me to prevent synchronisation delays.

  1. Save and Push Updates Live:

Review your updated text and assets. Scroll to the base of the page and click Save & Publish.

Updates can take up to an hour to reflect on your public profile within the Trade Me "Find an Agent" directory.

Important Data Note: Changing your contact email address inside OneHub updates where property enquiries are routed, but it does not change your underlying Trade Me login email. To change your primary account sign-in details, you must navigate to the My Trade Me > Profile & Account settings page directly on the main Trade Me website.
