Our Commercial listings have a variety of products available.
Base Listings
Base listings are your basic entry-level listings, positioned below our higher-tier products in the search results.
Each listing added to the site begins as a base listing unless products are subsequently added to it.
Feature
A Feature will highlight your listing card in the search results and elevate it in the search results above base listings.
A Feature lasts the lifetime of the listing.
Boost
Boosts will elevate your listing to the top of their product category in the search results. For example; a Boosted Feature will go to the top of the Featured listings. And a Premium listing to the top of the Premium listings!
Boosts are available to purchase as a one of for your listings. And you may only purchase one every 24 hours.
Note: The listing must be of at least Feature status to be eligible for a boost.
Super Feature
A Super Feature will add your listing to the carousel at the top of the search results!
The listings will be in the carousel with a 3 images on the search results card. And will appear again further down the search results with the featured listings.
Super Features will last for 1 week on the listing, after which they will default to a Feature listing.
Super Features can then be renewed for 1 week at a time at a reduced rate.
NOTE: A listing will need at least 3 images to be able to apply a Super Feature.
Premium
Premium gives your listing the largest display card in the search results. And elevates it up the search results above the base, and featured listings.
On top of that you will get larger images on the listings page to help draw attention to the features of the property.

4 week Premium listing
6 week Premium listing
12 week Premium listing
24 week Premium listing
Commercial for Lease:
6 week Premium listing
12 week Premium listing
24 week Premium listing
