Updating Your Trade Me Property Account Logo

Change is good—especially when it comes to keeping your agency or personal brand fresh. If your real estate agency has rebranded or refreshed its look, you will want to update your logos across Trade Me Property to keep your active listings and profile looking sharp.

Because Trade Me secures and manages agent branding directly to ensure optimal formatting, you cannot update these files manually. Instead, our team handles the heavy lifting for you.

Here is exactly how to get your new logo live.

1. Gather Your Logo Files

To ensure your brand displays perfectly across all search results and listing headers, please prepare your new logos to this exact specification:

You need to send them through in two sizes.

• FILE TYPE: JPG/JPEG or PNG

• DIMENSIONS: 300x60 pixels

• NOTES: Logo best with a solid colour background and ensure your image fills out the full 300x60 pixels specification to show larger and bolder.

• BANNERS: We extend your background colour for banners & other areas, we colour sample for the HEX, but you can supply HEX if you wish.

2. Send your new logo to our Support Team

Once your design files are ready, send an email directly to our support team at propertyagents@trademe.co.nz with your Trade Me Property account name and agency details.

Make sure you attach your new logo to the email.

3. We Handle the Rest!

Once received, our team will manually apply the new logos to your account.

You will receive a confirmation email from us as soon as the updates are live!
