Giving you direct access to your watchlisters

What is Watchlist Connect?

Welcome to our trial for our new product, Watchlist Connect. You’ve been selected to help us gather information and provide us feedback on this new product, which is designed to bring you closer to your watchlisters.

We've put together an instruction manual on where to find Watchlist Connect within OneHub, and some instructions about what you can do, and how to best use this new product.

How Watchlist Connect works:

Once you've logged into OneHub and entered your custom message to send to watchlisters, two things will happen:

1. Email notification
An email notification is sent to all Watchlisters for that specific listing letting them know you’ve made an update.

2. Update appears on your listing
The free-form text update appears on the property’s Listing Display Page (LDP).

Automated email triggers

Watchlist Connect is designed to work alongside the automated messages we send out on your behalf when you make a change to your listing. To understand what you need to do in order to trigger our automated messages, please visit this page.
