The Signature Advantage: Win & Gift Terms & Conditions

​1. Eligibility
Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over who are registered real estate agents holding an active Trade Me Property account and belonging to an eligible XP program tier (Signature, Foundation, or Initiate) during the Promotion Period. Directors, employees, and immediate families of Trade Me Property, its related companies, and associated agencies are ineligible to enter.

2. Promotion Period
The Promotion opens on Tuesday, 7 July 2026 at 12:00am (NZST) and closes on Tuesday, 6 October 2026 at 11:59pm (NZST) (Promotion Period).

3. How to Enter
Agents earn automatic entries into applicable campaign draws through eligible product purchases made during the Promotion Period:
 

• Signature "Win & Gift" Draws: Active Signature Tier agents automatically earn entries into monthly draws for every qualifying listing product purchase or Audience Boost booked during the current calendar month.

• Foundation Upgrade Draw: Active Foundation Tier agents automatically earn entries into monthly draws by upgrading a listing with Platinum + Audience Boost during the current calendar month.

• Flash Spot Prizes: Active agents across all tiers (Signature, Foundation, Initiate) automatically enter random spot draws by earning XP points on any listing or product purchase during the current calendar month.
   

4. Prizes & Allocation
Prizes will be awarded across three campaign tiers throughout the Promotion Period:

 

• Signature Tier Monthly Draws: Two (2) winners per month will each receive a $500 client voucher package  plus a physical Hero Gift Box.

• Foundation Tier Monthly Upgrade Draws: Two (2) winners per month will each receive a $250 client voucher package from the available Foundation prize pool.

• Flash Spot Prizes: Ten (10) winners total will each receive a $50 digital vendor voucher.

• Signature Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize valued at $1,000 will be awarded to the overall top XP points performer in the Signature tier recorded at the end of the Promotion Period (6 October 2026).
   

Prize Terms: Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Where applicable, physical prize packages will be dispatched to the winner's nominated agency address. Use of third-party vendor vouchers is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective voucher providers.

5. Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be selected monthly via random draw from all eligible entries recorded during that calendar month, or based on verified final XP leaderboard results for the Grand Prize.

Winners will be notified via email on the first Friday of each calendar month. Winners must complete the official Winner Claim Form within five (5) working days of notification to select their preferred voucher. If a winner does not respond within 5 working days, Trade Me reserves the right to default the prize allocation (e.g. to a $500/$250 Mitre 10 voucher) or re-draw the winner. Trade Me’s decisions regarding all prize allocations are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Publicity & Content Consent
Entrants agree that their name, agency, entry details, submitted photos, and property stories may be published across Trade Me’s marketing channels (including email newsletters, website, editorial features, and social media). If an entrant submits photographs or story content featuring a third party (such as a client or vendor), the entrant warrants that they have obtained explicit consent from that third party for Trade Me to publish their image and story. The entrant agrees to indemnify Trade Me against any claims arising from a failure to secure this consent.

7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trade Me shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any entrant or winner resulting from participation in the Promotion or the use of any prize. Trade Me’s total liability to any participant is limited to the retail value of the applicable prize.

8. General Terms
Trade Me’s standard website Terms and Conditions apply to this Promotion. Trade Me reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion or amend these terms at any time.

9. Privacy
Personal information collected during this Promotion will be held and used in accordance with Trade Me’s Privacy Policy to administer the campaign, notify winners, and fulfill prizes.

10. Social Media Platforms
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or TikTok. Entrants release all social platforms from any liability associated with this campaign.
