You must have a Trade Me Property Account to access Partnership Agreements. All Property Accounts who can list property in our Residential For Sale and New Homes category on behalf of a vendor are eligible for a Partnership Agreement. Some Partnership benefits are only available to individuals who hold a REA license to carry out real estate work.

There is no initial term when joining Trade Me Property on a Partnership Agreement. You are required to provide a minimum of 30 days’ notice if you wish to terminate your Partnership Agreement. You will continue to pay the reduced rates for the advertising products used until the end of the calendar month once the 30 days’ notice has expired.

Although to cater to businesses with particular markets, we now have flexibility on listing types, hence new homes, sections, lifestyle and rural subcategory listings can be excluded.
