Any appraisal originating from your listings and profile will be sent exclusively to you.
When a homeowner discovers the appraisal form in a location outside of a specific listing page (e.g. The homepage of the Trade Me app), you will be recommended alongside other Premium Plus agents.

The Trade Me App is getting a fresh new homepage, exposing buyers, sellers and homeowners to a world-class app experience. We've also released the 'sold search experience' - the ability to search sold properties easily via the app, users can toggle between all off-market, recently sold, or search by address or suburb.
